Exploratory: 5 Logo Samples

The following logo samples are low resolution. To view any logo, please click the highlighted sample link. You'll enter a demo animation in a different window that will switch between sample logo and sample business card every few seconds in a continuous loop. (The business card layout is only an example of one idea to offer fair perspective of how a logo could appear in business context.)

Sample 5a:
Geometric Leaf

Sample 5b:
Finally, to appeal to the sensual, organic side, I thought I'd offer this "Feng Shui" inspired sample. It is an abstract of Sample 5a and is the most progressive logo sample I created, in case you might be curious.

Sample 6a:
Gingko Leaf.

Sample 6b:
Gingko Leaves

In both of these samples, I superimposed GardenSmith Landscape Design, LLC on top of the logo and used "Accord Light SF" font. I've found that when superimposing, contrasting solid backgrounds work the best. To show you what I mean, you can compare the images at the bottom of 6b, where I've included variations of another logo. I manipulated a detailed image from istockphoto.com. You'll see that the name is hard to read.
